Payment Schedule

(a) 50% immediate payment upon execution of Application form. Return of the contract confirms your attendance. Receipt of payment confirms your space location. Failure to make immediate payments means your position will be released.

(b) 30% payment to be completed by December 20th 2025

(c) 20% payment to be completed by March 20th 2026.Provided if the application form is submitted after the timelines mentioned in (b) &( c) above, the fee payable shall be prorated to include all the amount payable until that point. For eg; Application forms submitted after December 20th 2025 shall require 70% payment upon execution of the application form and with respect to application form submitted after March 20th 2026 shall require a 100% payment upon execution of the application form.

(d) Cheques/ Draft should be made payable to Imaginationxt Private Limited.

I/we certify that we are not required to register under GST as per legal requirements and will notify ImagiNxt if GST status changes.

Declaration & Acknowledgement

We hereby confirm our participation at the above – mentioned exhibition and we confirm our acceptance of the Payment and Cancellation Policies on the contract. The execution of this application form and its receipts by the organisers, having incurred expenses as a result of the contract/ application, is not required to refund any of the fees and that the organisers are also entitled to any unpaid amounts that may be owing by the Exhibitor to the Organisers.

The Application Form and the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this application form, together constitute the agreement between the organisers and the exhibitors. By signing this application form the exhibitors confirms that it has read and understood both the Application form and the Terms and Conditions and acknowledges and agrees to be bound by their terms. The Signatory to this application form is signing as the authorised signatory of the Exhibitor and possesses all necessary power and authority to bind the Exhibitor to this Contract.
